At Greencoast Power (“Greencoast Power”, or “Greencoast” or “GP” or, “we”, or “our” or “us”) all content, images, video and graphics on this website are protected by law, may be used for research purposes and may not be copied without the express permission of Greencoast Power which reserves all rights. Information, images and content, whether or not indicated, requires any and all visitors to our website to assume that everything contained therein is copyrighted and owned by Greencoast Power and remains vested in us at all times except as expressly provided in this website.
Greencoast does not grant, confer on you, by implication or estoppel, any rights or licence to any copyright, patent, trademark or any other intellectual property right. Copying content on our websites for any reason or purpose is prohibited. Modification of any content is prohibited. Greencoast prohibits copying or adapting the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) from our website.

PURCHASE AND SERVICES RENDERED
Upon approval of a Greencoast Power Project Agreement, these Terms of Use shall be superseded where noted in a Project Agreement. All other provisions of this Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
COOKIE USE FOR REMARKETING
Greencoast may from time to time choose to engage marketing measures. Such measures include remarketing, third-party vendors, including Google, showing our ads on sites across the Internet using cookies based on our website visitor activities on our site. GP’s site visitors can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads Settings, or alternatively visitors may opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by going to other opt-out page services on the internet.
INDEMNITY
By using our website, you agree to indemnify and save harmless Greencoast, our founder, owner, executive directors, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, contractors and agents from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, actions, payments, suits, damages (including any damages that are direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential), costs and expenses, including reasonable lawyer's fees, resulting from or related to:
1. your breach or violation of any of these Terms of Use including our Privacy Policy or your use of our website;

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Greencoast’s aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms of Use exceed One Hundred Canadian Dollars (CAD $100.00). You agree that your duty to indemnify Greencoast shall not apply to any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from Greencoast’s gross negligence or willful misconduct by its founder, owner, executive directors, directors, managers, employees, shareholders, contractors or agents.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of Use on this website is governed by and in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria or Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada to resolve any legal matter arising from this Terms of Use.
CHANGES, WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER
Greencoast reserves the right, at its sole discretion to modify, amend and revise these Terms of Use which shall be effective upon thirty (30) calendar days from the date posted. Greencoast shall abide by the Indemnity section of this Terms of Use and that may arise under this disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of this Terms of Use.
Ongoing and continued use by visitors to www.greencoastpower.ca shall constitute acceptance and your binding agreement. Our website and all content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Greencoast does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
